PATRICK D. DUPLESSIS focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including patent preparation and prosecution support, patent and commercial litigation, transactional and licensing matters and trademark prosecution.
Mr. Duplessis first joined O’Shea Getz as a law clerk in the summer of 2008. While in law school, Mr. Duplessis served as an Executive Editor of the San Diego Law Review, and was a law clerk at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute in La Jolla, California. As an undergraduate, Mr. Duplessis held research positions at Massachusetts General Hospital and Northwestern University.
